If you suffer
from chronic pain, a nagging injury, or discomfort in certain
yoga poses or daily tasks, discover how the Anusara Universal
Principles of Alignment can help you enjoy optimal stability
and freedom on and off the mat. Find empowerment as you learn
how to apply Yoga as "physical therapy" and return
to a life that is free of aches and pains.
This monthly
workshop will offer basic, effective techniques that will
assist you in using yoga as part of your own healing process.
We will focus on neck, shoulder, back, hip, knee, ankle and
foot pain. Class size will be limited to create a semi-private
setting. All levels welcome. Please feel free to call us with
any specific concerns or questions.

Jessica Jennings is a Certified Anusara
Instructor, a Certified Health and Fitness Instructor and
has an MS in Exercise Science with a focus on Rehabilitation
Exercise. Jessica loves to combine seemingly opposing
elements in her teaching: eastern and western, serious and
light-hearted, physical and heart-based. She is known for
inspiring her students to feel connected and whole, while
playfully uplifting them as they explore their fullest
possibility.
